Membership Privileges

• A guaranteed delivery annually of six (6) bottles of Carlton Hill Pinot Noir Estate Reserve. For our 2006 vintage there is the additional option of purchasing a magnum of 2006 Carlton Hill Pinot Noir Estate Reserve.
• Invitation to a croquet event at the vineyard with lunch served at our top of the world. This is a fun, relaxing way for Reserve Wine Club Members to meet the Carlton Hill team and stay informed about the progress of our vineyards and our wines.
• Guaranteed notification and access to new releases.
• An invitation to our Memorial Day Barn Party held annually the Monday of Memorial day weekend. This event will coincide with our release of the Carlton Hill Pinot Noir Estate Reserve. We consider this event to be more of a personal experience with Carlton Hill Vineyards -- great food, amazing wines and good friends! Often there is a guest winery also tasting their wines that day
• Additional benefits include tasting notes and recipes for food pairings that will be included with each shipment.
• Reserve Wine Club Members have the opportunity to schedule a private tour of the vineyard with up to six (6) additional friends. Please call 1-503-852-7060 or email carltonhillvine@aol.com to schedule an appointment at least seven (7) days prior to your proposed visit.

Membership Details and Restrictions:

• Savings on Carlton Hill T-shirts and other merchandise of 10%.
• Each shipment consists of a six- (6) bottle minimum. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. Shipping, handling and applicable tax will be added.
• Carlton Hill Winery reserves the right to not produce a Reserve wine in any given year.
• No membership fee to join. You may discontinue participation at any time after your first minimum half-case wine shipment. Please submit your request in writing four weeks prior to the Memorial Day holiday to allow four weeks for the cancellation process.
• Reserve Wine Club Member’s wine selections will be made available at the Memorial Day Barn Party if they wish to pick up their wine at that time. RSVP for pickup is appreciated.
• Due to state laws, there are shipping restrictions for wine and occasional additional requirements per state laws. These regulations are subject to change. Please contact us at (503) 852-7060 with questions regarding shipping to your state.
• We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
• Adult signature is required for delivery.
